works, he said after the commissioning of UniMAP and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) RELASIS yesterday. He advised RELASIS members to maintain their discipline. Earlier, RELA DG Datuk Kamariah Mohd Noah in her speech, told RELASIS members not to join the brigade simply to fulfil their cocurriculum requirement.RELASIS will be effective if members understand the concept of volunteerism, besides fostering national unity and to be tolerant, she added.She said RELA now has 2.9 million members and 1.17 million of them are youth.
