Industrial Management T Technology (General) The last decade, there has been a growing interest in the knowledge management literature relating to the factors that influence a company's ability to increase productivity. There is a general consensus that knowledge and skills are necessary to develop the capabilities of knowledge workers. However, there is a very little understanding regarding the knowledge work productivity factors as well as their impacts on the quality of the knowledge work productivity in a software development process.
