Hence, the aim of this study was to describe the role of wellbeing that may influence one’s performance.The hypotheses were empirically tested using Partial Least Square-SEM from a survey of 166 respondents in services sector.The results of this study indicated that there is a significant relationship between wellbeing and performance.This study sheds additional insights to the importance of wellbeing on performance.Practical implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
