However, “uncertain” answers among the majority of the Malaysian people were concerned with the national financial administration, trustworthiness and priority for leadership.Concerning the State Government, a majority of the people felt that the performance of the State Governments was good, and at the states controlled by the opposition (Kelantan and Terengganu) the performance of State Government was at the lower good level.Hence, this indicator showed results when Terengganu State Government fell to the National Front and the Kelantan State Government, propelled by PAS, had a narrow win in the 2004 General Election.Although the people’s trust for the capacity of the opposition to form a government was weak, nonetheless, the ruling National Front failed to reap a hundred percent support.
