Multiple regression was employed to analyze the data. The results indicate that perceived enjoyment and trust have a significant influence on knowledge sharing.Surprisingly, the effect of mutual reciprocity was not supported.Practical implications of the findings are discussed. 2012-07-04 Conference or Workshop Item PeerReviewed application/pdf en http://repo.uum.edu.my/10836/1/CR82.pdf Okyere-Kwakye, Eugene and Md Nor, Khalil and Ologbo, Andrew (2012) Factors that impel individuals’ to share knowledge.
