In view of this notion, this study believes that the experience through achievements of prolific artistes are needed in order to acquire proper valuable knowledge which the current situation in Malaysia, influx of singers comprise of many mediocre singers. This is due to lack of comprehensive singing knowledge taking into consideration the elements of various vocal disciplines. Although many singing competitions with vocal teachers have been developed, the contestants are still lacking professionalism. Thus, the main objective of this research is to identify valuable knowledge of gifted singers to be passed down through knowledge transfer of a comprehensive conceptual framework as a guide for new singers. This study followed the phases of research methodology with proposed research questions in line with the aims and objectives. In striving to acquire the secrets of success and sustainability of great performer, interviews from six megastars participants were conducted. The interview focuses on the importance of intellectual, vocal aesthetics, and improvisational singing skills. In-depth analysis of the interview transcript was conducted in order to achieve the overall objective of this research. The framework provides success secrets information from the selected gifted artistes as a guide for new singers to achieve the status of a sustainable great performer. In conclusion, the findings proved that this study is useful in underlining the provision of a holistic development and improvement of new singers in Malaysia through correct singing disciplines.
