This study is done to understand the relationship of technostress and literacy facilitation that might affect the job satisfaction. This research focused On Community Colleges in Northern Region. 250 questionnaires were distributed to the employees at the colleges. All variables are measured using 26 items drawn from previous studies. This is a quantitative study and convenient sampling is chosen for this research because each employee in the institution has equal probability of being chosen. The findings of this study is, a negative relationship between techno-invasion and employees job satisfaction. Positive relationship found between literacy facilitation and employees job satisfaction. There are several recommendations made for future research to have better results. The results from this study is hoped can provide information to other people besides the insitutions for a better understanding regarding this matter.
