Summary: | Thie study is conducted to determine the relationship between employee's perception towards the factors leading to sexual harassment such as individual factor, environment and power. A set of questionaire was used as an instrument for the data collection. This research was participated 234
respondents (121 female and 179 male) were choosed randomly to represent the population by using the cluster method. The data was analyzed using both despcriptive (mean, frequency, and percentage) and inferency (Independent t- Test and Pearson Correlation) methods. The results of this study show a substantial relationship between employee's perception towards factors that affect sexual harassment at the workplace. |
