Summary: | As the recent pandemic saw a shift in the business trends, most organizations started to accompany and follow the new trend of implementing a digital environment for their employees especially, during the period of a complete lockdown even in Malaysia. Therefore, this research looks to study on the digital skills in a technology advanced workforce. This study looks to use quantitative research methods with the implementation of questionnaire surveys as its research tool for data collection Usage of a field survey is in a setting of a cross-sectional quantitative data usually from a data acquired from cross-sectional is usually less biased as opposed to other types of study Significant relationship between the dependent variable (digital skills) and independent variables (information skills, digital communication skills, creativity and critical thinking skills and social support and training skills) were found altogether. All in all, this study was conducted to learn on the relationship between information skills, digital communication skills, creativity and critical thinking skills, and social support and training skills. Based on the analysis and discussion formed, it shows that all of these relationships are significant and proven to be close. |
