Data were collected using quantitative methods involving questionnaires that were distributed online via official email from the staff of the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The feedback received was 268 respondents. The results of the feedback received were analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 26 software. The results of the validity analysis obtained showed that three elements such as safety training, employee involvement and safety rules showed the best results among the six elements in safety management practices.
