Data from 356 candidates of RMP working in Negeri Sembilan was used for the analysis. Multiple regression analysis shows that pay satisfaction, promotion opportunity and training and development have significant positive relationship with work ethic among RMP. This finding indicates that pay satisfaction, promotion opportunity and training and development plays significant roles in enhancing interpersonal work ethics among employees.
