In addition, teachers in schools are given less exposure or less involved in workplace safety-related programs even though the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) has instructed all schools to carry out safety promotion activities in schools. Next, this study was conducted to identify the influence of safety training, safety participation and safety promotion toward safety knowledge among teachers. A cross-sectional study was conducted on teachers in two several primary schools in Kuala Selangor. Throughout the conduct of this study, the questionnaire method was used as the main instrument to obtain data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using IBM statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 25. The hypotheses formed were tested using the Pearson correlation test and regression test to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (safety training, safety participation and safety promotion) on the dependent variables (safety knowledge) of teachers in the workplace to obtain requests to research. A total of 300 respondents were selected based on systematic random probability sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that safety training and safety promotion had a direct significant on safety knowledge, while the content of safety participation does not require a significant influence on safety knowledge.
