An early conceptual Clinic Information System (CIS) success framework is presented and proposed as to assist in evaluating and implementing CIS in small, medium and enterprise (SME) clinics. The conceptual framework is developed using hybrid approach based on various prominent information success models Therefore, the proposed framework of SME CIS Success Model will be helpful to the SME clinics management to have better understanding in regard to the success of information system implementation.
