An early conceptual Clinic Information System (CIS) success framework is presented and proposed as to assist in evaluating and implementing CIS in small, medium and enterprise (SME) clinics. Therefore, the proposed framework of SME CIS Success Model will be helpful to the SME clinics management to have better understanding in regard to the success of information system implementation. Further study is needed to further validate the proposed framework.
