This study adopted quantitative approach using IBM SPSS version 26. The survey was conducted on undergraduate students Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The conceptual framework has been developed in this study. The conceptual framework developed in this study can be used as a guideline to implement the entrepreneurial determinants and entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Thus, a conceptual framework of the importance of entrepreneurial determinants and entrepreneurial intention, can serve to guide future research.
