It was a preliminary study involving 4 respondents consisting of culinary graduates from public and private institutions of higher education in Johor Bahru who had worked in various sectors. The study was a qualitative study and analyzed using thematic analysis to determine appropriate themes. Interview protocols were used to make the interviews more structured and to achieve the purpose of the study as well as produce clear information.
