As it is known, the FTA is used to find the probability and cause of an accident or "Top Event". FTA is a relatively well-known technique used to find the probability of system failure. After the analysis using FTA technique, it was found that all the results of SEM and FTA gives the similar rank to Occupational Accident which is indicated that the result is correct and acceptable for this study.
