The prepared membranes were characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and pure gas permeation measurement. The pure gas of O2 and N2 were used to determine the permeation properties of the hollow fiber membrane. The single gas measurement showed that the perm-selectivity of O2/N2 of the hollow fiber membrane increased up to 181% after the coating treatment.
