The testing process is implemented in the form of a quantitative research where data collection is carried out by using questionnaires. The instrument was developed by the researcher under the supervision of experts in the field of psychology. A pilot study of 30 samples was carried out to test the reliability of the instrument. The Rasch Model was used to test the reliability of measurement for each item. A reliability value of .95 for person and .91 for item indicates that the instrument has a high degree of reliability. After aborting the four items misfit, dimensionality testing found that the variance explained by measure for each construct is more than 40 percent. This result shows that the items are highly reliable and suitable for the real data collection.
