Three hypotheses were formulated testing entrepreneurial orientation dimensions. The data was analyzed with simple multiple regression using SPSS. The result indicated that management support tends to create innovativeness and also pro-activeness among employees, however failed to provide evidence for positive association between management support and risk taking propensity among employees.
