They require the help and concern from the society. Fortunately, the volunteers from Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) are there to help the homeless people by providing the basic necessities such as food, clothes, medicine and counselling. The involvement of volunteer in KSK is very active. However, the participation in volunteering activity is done through phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. Plus, the volunteering activity management is done manually by using online form and spreadsheet. This has cause some problem such as data redundancy and increasing the work load of staff in KSK. Therefore, a centralized system is required to manage the volunteering activities. Cross Platform Volunteer Mobile Application for KSK is developed to make the volunteering activities in KSK reach to larger coverage of society and allow the participation in a more convenient way. It can assist the organization in managing the activities and reduce the workload from manual processing. Apart from that, the system also allows the organization to record the attendance of the volunteer in each activity.
