Summary: | In this work, a tree-based adaptive routing for multi-channel wireless sensor network is proposed where channel trees are used in routing and the trees are not static. The case for faulty nodes and energy depletion is considered where the topology of the network may change throughout the implementation to the network. In order to make the network to have a dynamic routing, the proposed channel assignment scheme is performed in a semi-dynamic manner. The proposed protocol consists of three phases; first, the neighbor classification phase, second phase is the channel initialization phase and the third phase is adaptive routing phase. |
