Industrial Management Intrinsic and extrinsic Reward of work is an important factor in improving employee commitment. Rewards are not only being able to improve the commitment, but also provide job satisfaction. Islamic work ethic also is an important factor in increasing employee commitment. Islamic cultural practice work ethic will be a good measurement tool to determine the level of employee commitment. The study was conducted at the Federal Development Department, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The population was 217, and the corresponding sample was 136. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation and Regression. The study found that the reward levels are moderate, followed the work ethic of Islam are at high level and commitment are moderate. Correlation analysis showed that a reward has a significant positive correlation with the level of commitment which is the strength of the relationship is at a high level. This shows an increase in commitment to work if there is an increase in work rewards. The results of the analysis also found that the work ethic of Islam has a positive correlation with the level of commitment which is the strength of the relationship is at a moderate level.
