Manaf, Lazawardi LB Theory and practice of education A descriptive design is purpose-buil to explore the supervision of instruction implementation at national primary school in Pengerang Zone, Kota Tinggi, Johor, in particular this research aims to indentify the teachers knowledge toward teaching supervisor at school and teachers’ opinion about teaching practive in school; identify the practice of supervision of instruction carried out at school; and identify the implication supervision of instruction toward teachers’ professionalism with regard to enchancing the quality of teaching, consolidating profesional relationship, knowledge and experience sharing, and assisisting the teacher process. A total of Ninety-two teacher’s from national primary school in the Pengerang Zone, Kota Tinggi, Johor. From five schools in which are nearby to researcher’s location were chosen as respondents for this research. A modified edited questionnaires from previous research were administered to respondents and take data obtained were interpreted using SPSS 16.0 softwere. The findings were measured using percentages and means. The reliability of the instrumen using Alpha Cronbach is 0.7450. The findings of the research showed high percentages and means. It is shown that primary teachers in Sekolah Kebangsaan Pengerang Zone belief observation were moving efficiently ang effectively and able to upgrade tahe effectiveness of teacher’s teaching. 2013 Thesis NonPeerReviewed Ab.
