Summary:This study was conducted to determine the knowledge of teachers and teacher satisfaction on the management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) at the high school urban zone in Segamat. In addition, this study examined the level of management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) by Teachers Library and Media (GPM) secondary urban zone in Segamat. The study was made to determine whether there is a difference between the level of teacher knowledge and the management of teacher satisfaction School Resource Center (SRC). The relationship between the management of School Resource Center (SRC) of the level of satisfaction of secondary school teachers in urban zones Segamat studied. A total of 207 questionnaires were distributed to teachers who teach in six selected secondary schools in urban zones, Segamat, Johor. A pilot study was conducted using Cronbach Alpha method for determining the reliability of the instrument. Alpha value is 0.972. The results of the study as a whole, the study showed that the level of knowledge among teachers and teacher satisfaction on the management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) at the high school urban zone in Segamat is moderate. In addition, the management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) by Teachers Library and Media (GPM) secondary schools in Segamat urban zones are also moderate. The study also showed no significant difference between the level of knowledge about the management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) based on gender and length of service but there is a difference based on race. While there was no difference between the level of teacher satisfaction for the management of School Resource Center (SRC). Relationship study also proves that the relation between the management of the School Resource Centre (SRC) by Teachers Library and Media (GPM) on the level of satisfaction of secondary school teachers in urban zones Segamat district
