This project proposes a Computer A ided Control System Design (CACSD) based alternative of teaching this subject in class. The report starts with the introduction about the control system and the background of the project. Theories of modern control system are discussed and explained in the next chapter. This report also explains the development of the program which is the enhancement of previous program. the Modern Control System Analysis Package (MCSAP). Therefore the function of this program is discussed in the third chapter. The project gives a focus on the last component or the syllabus. the Optimal Control Analysis which is not available in the previous program. It starts with the development of user interface of the function which gives a calculator type concept. In the results and discussion chapter, the developed program is tested and the performance is observed.
