Respondents were 170 research officers from three public research entities involve in agricultural science. Multiple regression analysis recorded the value of R 2 of 0.69 (above 0.50). Overall, all five constructs that is support, information and communication, leadership, project development and project implementation having influence of 0.69 percent on OI. It was also found that only support construct affected organizational innovativeness at around 56 percent.
