Summary: | The study aimed to identify the role of the judicial authorities to achieve integrated strategies in justice and law in the United Arab Emirates, and the study relied on the analytical rooting approach by shedding light on the concept of the judiciary, its importance, role, separation of powers, and the judiciary in the United Arab Emirates. The following most important conclusions: that the independence of the judiciary is based on two principles: the principle of legitimacy and the rule of law and the principle of separation of powers. The principle of the rule of law must be established, which in its simplest concept means the subordination of all persons to the rule of law, and no action or behavior is legitimate unless it is in accordance with the law. Respecting the provisions of Islamic Sharia is the basis for the work of each of the three authorities; Rather, it is the first goal of establishing the Islamic state; Because the legislation is for God Almighty, which is the concept of the oneness of governance and sovereignty, and that the judicial authority in Islam is the competent authority in the state to clarify the law of Islam and apply it to the disputes that are presented to it, and it is not correct to define the judicial authority in Islam with an absolute definition that does not specify the objective aspect in it, as it is in Like any other system, the variation should be obvious. Because the criterion of truth and justice is not achieved at all except in this aspect. |
