總結: | With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advances in robotic technologies, the prevalence of wearable devices is increasing. Among the piezoelectric materials, PVDF is a suitable for wearable electronics because it is non-toxic to the human body and flexible. However, when constant pressure is applied to PVDF, the amount of produced electricity is minimal. Therefore, an organic field effect transistor is proposed to amplify the generated electricity. As a result, in this paper, an OFET and PVDF piezoelectric material are combined to create a flexible electronic sensor for detecting human body movement. From a force range from 5 to 25 N, the voltage generated increases linearly from 1.38 V to almost 7 V. From the obtained results, it can be predicted the desired outcome by measuring the range of current and voltage generated by exerting stress on the PVDF piezoelectric material. |
