The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the knowledge of scholars and manufacturers, providing them with a clearer understanding of the relationship between social capital and innovation, as well as guiding the establishment of competitive supply chains especially under the pandemic. Furthermore, this study also discusses the indicators and distinctions between product innovation and process innovation.
