Description
Summary:Institutions of higher education are willing to allocate more support including financial and human resources on students training. However, it is almost impossible to achieve this goal if the training is not effective. Training in this context will be focusing on supervision as a part of training element. This paper suggests that Supervisory Working Alliance that stands on three components (Supervision Goal, Supervision Task and Bond Development) is an influential mediation factor for Overall Effective Supervision. The independent variable in this research was represented by Supervisory Input Support. However, different researchers might select different variables and segregate them into different forms of sub elements. This study found that Supervisory Working Alliance mediates the relationship between Supervisory Input Support and Overall Supervision Effectiveness with full mediation. For future research, these variables should be empirically researched together with other variables to find the strongest influence on overall supervision effectiveness.
