conference is jointly organised by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia, and
the Commonwealth Secretariat.
Other organising partners include the Commonwealth Foundation, the Commonwealth of Learning, the
Association of Commonwealth Universities, the Commonwealth Teachers Group, and Nexus Strategic
