Di Malaysia, pengumpulan cendawan liar untuk makanan dan ubatan merupakan aktiviti yang popular di kalangan “Orang Asli”. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenalpasti cendawan Boletus yang boleh dimakan di Bachok, Kelantan berdasarkan ciri-ciri makroskopik dan mikroskopik jasad buahnya.
