The requirement for provision and inspection of emergency exit route is clearly stated in the related law and legislation. The implemented and enforcement of the law is continually monitored for commercial buildings. However, a lot of fatality occurred in residential fire accidents because of the installed door and window grills. Most houses are installed with grills at the windows and doors to prevent from robbery and criminals. Unfortunately, during fire emergency, the inhabitants could not escape because these grills could not be opened from the inside and hard to be cut through from the outside of the house. In order to solve this problem, easy fire escape grill is designed to enable the inhabitants to escape from the inferno by easily removing a single pin.
