| الملخص: | The researcher used Library Research Technique to explain about right to take care of
children or "Hadhanah" based on Islamic views. The research has contained three main
chapters. In first chapter. discussed about meaning of the word "Hadhanah" rules and it
conditions. Then, in second chapter. informed about problems of "Hadhanah". Finally, in
last chapter, explained about right of children and it claims and status of losing the right.
As well known, "Hadhanah" is educate children and do good deeds to them until they are
"mumayyiz" or can evaluate something bad or good. Result from the research is shown
that "Hadhanah" is important in Islam and need special attention by parents because the
parent are determiners their children future life's. Hopefully, this research would be of
some help students who know more about the "Hadhanah" according to Islamic views. |
