Summary:This particularly study is research effort to Hamka da'wah aspect in his literature. This type of study is using three Hamka's novel which was affected the reader as basic references. There is, "Dari Lembah Cita-Cita" (From the Valley of Ambition), "Di Bawah Lindungan Ka'bah" (Under the Shadow of Ka'bah), and "Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijk" (Sank of Van Der Wijk Ship). To gain a data and information related to this study, the writer was applying a several research methodology that is reading three stated novel, observation on relevant document and data encoding. The research scope is covered to da'wah aspect in Hamka's writing and his literature. As a result, it shown that Hamka was implemented da'wah elements in his literature in order to get closing with his audience.
