The writer researches about the historical background, leadership, implementation and effectiveness of leadership and its contribution to the country. This research is carried out to a group of respondents from different levels and specific ages. In the process of getting input, types of techniques are applied such as interviews, surveys, observations around the camp and readings on the related documents. Research findings show that Islamic leadership in the Malaysian Armed Forces are influenced by their own policies and the societies related to such as Ministry of Defense.
