However, the Syariah Law does not have a jurisdiction in certain cases circumstances such as rape and sexual harassment cases. The tools employed for data gathering purposes were library research, reviewing and relevant document. The finding indicates that, there are several suggestions on the precautions that should be taken in order to avoid one from sexual offences.
