Hence, al-Maslahah al-Mursalah aims to realize the needs of people to the problems of the new laws. However al-Maslahah al-Mursalah stand on its own principles. This study dismantling the concept al-Maslahah al-Mursalah and its application in the malay's drama on TV AlHijrah of Malaysia due there still has no specific requirements in the selection of dramas to be broadcast on television stations. In addition the function and importance of stories on television today very closely as people who have a certain plasticizers. While the story being studied by researchers is "Cinta dan Wahyu" and "Kemboja Di Hati". To achieve the results of this research, using qualitative methodology that focus on the reading of related journals, various reference sources, churning the arguments of the Usuliyyin and analyzing data through the content in the drama involved. Then, the researchers relate to the application of the concept of al-Maslahah al-Mursalah. The findings show that the dramas on TV AlHijrah present the contents of the community today, aimed at achieving the objective of providing benefits to humans. Thus, the researcher identifies the application of al-Maslahah al-Mursalah to forty three things only published through two of the selected drama titles.
