In particular, this paper focuses only on the chapters relating to hygiene and fasting. In this modern age, there are many new cases that require new interpretations and rulings based on the current situations and circumstances. This could be done through analyzing and approaching both the Quran and the principles used in Islamic Jurisprudence.
