Also, it aims to verify the existence of quality differences in the level of job satisfaction and productivity due to demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, years of experience, educational level, job level, job type, monthly income). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach to highlight the concepts on the subject of the study. The study data used a questionnaire composed of 59 assembled phrases, where it was distributed to the 300 employees of the of the company, and it was possible to collect 239 valid questionnaire for analysis. The response was the percentage of the total distributed questionnaires 79.6%. The summary of the findings of the study is as follows: Career and productivity satisfaction in Arabian Gulf companies are of elevated levels. The study also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between job and productivity satisfaction factors, in addition the results show that there are differences in quality in the level of job satisfaction due to variables (years of experience, job type); and the lack of quality differences in the effect attributable to the variables (gender, age, marital status, educational level, functional level, monthly income).
