It features special topics that are of national interest in various fields and disciplines. Scientists must be made aware of the impact of their work and its possible applications to the society and public. It is hoped that this bulletin will provide the opportunity to interact, particularly through feedback or direct mail, with the scientists from either the private sector or other government research institutions.
