He rating system takes into consideration the many types of ecotourism categories, facilities and activities available at the ecotourism sites. Various levels of compliance such as site safety, health, environmental and quality of services will determine the rating of the site. Group of parties may use this online system to rate an object, for example ecotourism site. Such parties may include visitors, site operator or moderator, and ecotourism auditors. The ratings produced using this system is very transparent because all the scores given by the three groups of people can be made available to the public.
