This is because robot is suitable to do repetitive tasks and it faster and cheaper than human laborers. It also makes more efficient ways because it ideally not interrupts of the electric energy supply at transmission lines. The inspection robots have already been used at Japan and Korea. The HiBot company from Japan also have manufactured this robot and already been used at Canada and United States. But using the inspection robot, it faces with obstacles and high altitudes. So the design should solve this major problem. The control system for the inspection robots must be equip by sensor and motor so it can detect the damages at transmission lines and move properly at transmission lines. The design of transmission lines is important for route an inspection robots. It use for inspection if having damages and will be repair after detect locate the damages by using PIC microcontroller. One more important thing for build the transmission lines are for obstacles of inspection robots. The robot will avoid the obstacles and continue inspect the lines and it can be determine what to do when it detect a damages. To build the transmission lines, it concentrates for overhead construction because the important things are to hang the inspection robots on it. Structures for supporting the overhead conductors are broadly classified but the study case use the basic in transmission lines.
