In addition, the game takes place on a hard table divided by a net. This thesis contains a development process of a automated table tennis training machine. The design was started off with the background study of the design itself. The background study is the state of art review of the filed study which indicated the current developments, relevant background theory, previous research and some technologies breakthrough. The project planning is done through Gantt Charts. Later, the specification of the design will be established. In addition, building the morphology is the next step which conducted through concept evaluation. Product design and further recommendation is the last phase in the report sequence. This thesis will focus on the design and fabrication of a robot or machine we call as "automated table tennis training machine". One of the limitations in table tennis sport is that it require at least 2 persons to play, thus this will causes problem if the player wants to practice when he has no partner. This scenario or problem can easily be solved by using this machine. This machine surely becomes an alternative way to practice table tennis anytime, even though without a partner. Furthermore, this automated table tennis training machine will be the best home-use games or activities for family fun and also entertainment. On top of that, this machine gives the best way to exercise and maintain fitness to the consumer. For evaluation purposes, the machines must be able to perform and complete the basic role in delivering the ball to be hit by the athlete. For this purposes, a prototype will be made and develop. 2024-10-14T01:45:36Z 2024-10-14T01:45:36Z 2013 Resource Types::text::Final Year Project https://irepository.uniten.edu.my/handle/123456789/33838 en application/pdf |
