The selected models are seasonal regression model, seasonal Holt-Winters model and Autoregressive Moving Average model. All three models were selected because their characteristics suit the load profile of high rise residentials. The targeted models will be used to produce estimation of one year ahead consumption to prove that negative trend exist albeit in different magnitude in high rise residentials.
