Betel nut powder is replacement of cement in concrete mixing. There are few process turn betel nut into powder in this research. In this paper, four sample were prepared by using colemanite, barite, sand, cement, water, and betel nut powder. The percentage of betel nut powder was 0% as a controlled, 2%, 4% and 10% as a replacement of cement. This project and sample were completed and tested at the Malaysia Nuclear Agency (MNA) and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). From gamma radiation test result, it show that sample 2 (2% betel nut powder) is a good absorbent of gamma compared to others sample.
