The design of the antennas is to have a working frequency of 1000Mhz with the bandwidth percentage that is lower than 10% and to achieve positive gain. The thesis will discuss on the reasoning to use spot frequency for the smallest possible bandwidth for partial discharge applications. The microstrip has a modified T-shape and is made from copper and FR-4 as the chosen materials.
