Characterization of acoustic emission signal using wavelet transform
This project aims to show that the wavelet transform proves to be a powerful tool in assisting the partial discharge source detection and locating it as well. This project basically uses two test signals to show how the wavelet transforms works. Before showing any result produced by the wavelet tran...

This project basically uses two test signals to show how the wavelet transforms works. Before showing any result produced by the wavelet transform in matlab, fourier transform is done first to show the results obtained. Next wavelet results are done to show the differences between different frequency domains transform. Here we get to see that wavelet already shows its advantages from the three dimensional view it from as a result. This help us to see the whole signal clearer. The ability to analyze by rotating the signal makes it even easier for data analysis. 2023-05-03T15:29:51Z 2023-05-03T15:29:51Z 2012 Resource Types::text::Thesis https://irepository.uniten.edu.my/handle/123456789/20875 en application/pdf |
