| Summary: | This project is being carrying out for analyzing the current system, reservation of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) bungalows. This current system is manually implemented in Administration & Welfare Services, Human Resource Division, TNB Headquarters, Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. After analyzing the current system, the result shows that there are problems arise while implementing the current system. The problem such as time consuming during processing the application, difficulties in keeping track of application and staff/retiree records, and difficulties in producing reports, affect the work productivity. As a result, a new computerized system is designed to overcome those problems. |
